This place has ThE BEST food!!! So homemade!! A bit loud on weekends during fish fry, crowded...because it's good. We like to go for lunch when it's quieted down a bit. It is a bar/restaurant...but it has quality restaurant food!!!! The staff is super friendly and feels like a family place. It is really good!!!

Finally visited after finding out it actually isn't closed down. Not sure of the details but wanted to see if it lives up to the hype.  I found it didn't, but it wasn't bad.

I suppose I was expecting more on the menu.  It was just bar food with some good looking apps. We didn't try any of the apps. We had the baked French onion soup, the Italian beef, and the jalapeño grilled cheese with bacon.  It was all average. +1 star for good service.

I want to come back for Bloody Mary and fish fry or some other specials. Do they have other specials?  I didn't see any.

Hands down the BEST meal I've ever had in Wisconsin.

Sieberts Pub has many many good reviews because they simply get the details right. From the delicious meal to the scented Bath and Works soap in the bathroom (I'm a soap snob), everything seems to be thought out.

Boyfriend and I visited on a Friday so he had the Fish Fry and I found a delicious chicken spinach wrap (veggie wraps in Wisconsin? Not super common). The fish was delicious and not too greasy or salty. My wrap came with poppyseed dressing and mouthwatering house made chips! The portions were so huge I had enough for a second meal the next day!!

Service was exceptional and representative of Wisconsin hospitality! The servers were friendly and checked in on us often. They were training a gentleman and he did fantastic. We were greeted and seated right away.

Plenty of free parking and the check was so reasonable I had to do a double take!

Thank you for a fabulous experience! Also make sure to check out their wall art and original vintage signs!

This place has the best tacos! Sorry, only available on Taco Tuesdays, but well worth the wait. I've enjoyed all the dishes I've tried. Owner and staff are friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is warm and inviting.
    Try it! You'll like it!

I've been coming here for almost 10 years regularly on Saturday's...a new owner took over just over a year ago...at first nothing changed the food was still just as fabulous!! Amazing!! Talked this place up to everyone I knew...the last 10 times my husband and I have come in the food has taken a dramatic down turn. The Italian beef barely had meat in it. The "famous" Ruben, again, barely any meat and burnt rye bread. The WILD mushroom bruchetta has no wild mushrooms anymore only giant slices of over cooked portabella and the garlic cream cheese sauce is so thin you can't taste it. It is still advertised as wild mushrooms and its still the same price. I was so disappointed that I won't be giving one of my favorite spots an 11th try. So sad. I so loved Sieberts and now I'm not coming back.
